Mad Science Behind Gurgaon Traffic

India is very scientific. When you go from cyber city into NH8 towards Delhi, it is a slow crawl till you make the right turn and cross the Udyog Vihar intersection, and then it opens up.
It's like all the compressed energy gets released and that's when the vehicles start darting around like supercharged electrons. From the extreme left to the right lane and vice versa, people go crazy, not knowing what to do with all the space. And it gets even crazier as you approach the former toll plazas and suddenly there are 20 odd lanes.

I have a feeling the folks at CERN would have got the idea for the Large Haldron Collider from observing this behaviour!
